If all else fails, you are welcome to email me. I usually respond within 24 hours. Please do exhaust other resources before emailing me though. The StatWiki, Forum, YouTube channel, and the readings in this book are all excellent sources of knowledge, as are the references I provide at the top of the page for each topic. Please use my email sparingly. When you must email me, please keep your email concise and include any pictures of models (if relevant), rather than trying to describe your model in words. 

I do not offer technical support for downloading or installing the software used in this course. 

If you are struggling mightily and feel you need a personal tutor, you are welcome to try this list: Stats Tutors. I cannot guarantee anyone will be available or willing to work with you. I also cannot guarantee their fees. This will need to be worked out on a case-by-case basis between you and your tutor. I will not receive any benefit from this arrangement.
